Also defended Cyber Appeals before the Hon’ble TDSAT that arise out of Orders passed by the Adjudication Authority under the Information Technology Act, 2000.

Our team has vast experience in the field of intellectual property law. One of the partners had been a part of the litigation between the radio operators and the Copyright Owners before the Hon’ble Copyright Board which culminated in 2010 with grant of compulsory licenses in favour of the Radio Operators and was also a part of the several litigations which arose out of the said judgment before the Hon’ble Madras High Court as well as the Hon’ble Supreme Court.
